The present Personal Data Protection Policy is applicable to the site managed by Tahiti Nui Telecom (TNT), available at the following addresses: https://www.tahitnuitelecom.pf or https://www.tahitnuitelecom.com, hereinafter “the Site”.

Important definitions
- Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, i.e. that enables that person to be identified directly (e.g. first and last name) or indirectly (e.g. connection data).
- A Personal Data Processing operation is any operation or set of operations (whether or not automated) involving personal data or sets of personal data, such as: the collection, recording, organization, storage, transmission of data, (…).
- The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of processing.
- The Subcontractor processes personal data on behalf of and under the instructions of the Controller.
