The present Personal Data Protection Policy is applicable to the site managed by Tahiti Nui Telecom (TNT), available at the following addresses: https://www.tahitnuitelecom.pf or https://www.tahitnuitelecom.com, hereinafter “the Site”.

Important definitions

  • The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of processing.
  • The Subcontractor processes personal data on behalf of and under the instructions of the Controller.

How does Tahiti Nui Telecom ensure data security?

Tahiti Nui Telecom takes great care to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data you communicate by e-mail via contact@tnt.pf. Technical and organizational measures have been adopted, with regard to the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

What are your rights?

Within the framework of the use of the Site and its services, you have the following rights under the conditions provided for by the regulations on the protection of personal data.

  • right of access, rectification and deletion of Personal Data (under the conditions of Articles 15 to 17 of the RGPD).
  • right to limit Processing (under the conditions of Article 18 of the RGPD).
  • right to object to Processing (under the conditions of Article 21 of the RGPD).
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
  • the right to define directives allowing access to your Personal Data in the event of your death (article 85 of the amended “Informatique et Libertés” law).
